Rims made from 7116 aluminum, three-stage heat treatment process for the highest available strength, each rims passed tensile strength test, compressive strength test & hardness test.
Hub made from Billet aircraft aluminum alloy 6061, T6 standard heated treatment, aircraft lighter material and heated treatment ensure the material have highest density and highest strength. All hubs CNC milled with 5 axles CNC machines.
65Mn / stainles steel spokes & nipples. (Most wheels were assembled with 65 Mn spokes & nipples, only 17” wheels were assembled with stainless steel spokes & nipples.)
